How to impact stake?

Follow the steps below to start your impact staking journey

1. Navigate to the LIS homepage

2. Click 'Stake and Donate' to access the LIS web app

3. Once in, click on 'Connect Wallet' in the top right corner to connect your Metamask or any other wallet that operates via WalletConnect

4. Provided that your wallet is now connected, select whether you want to impact stake ETH or stETH or wstETH.

Impact Staking - Selecting Your Social Impact Project and Donation Percentage

1. Under Social Impact, select the social impact cause you would like to start donating a share of your returns to

2. Enter the amount of ETH/stETH/wstETH you would like to impact stake

3. Finally, select the percentage of your returns that will be automatically donated to the cause and click 'Stake Funds'.

Congratulations! You are now an impact staker, all set to make the world a better place! This means that your ETH/stETH/wstETH will now start to generate yield from staking, a share of which (specified by you), will go directly to the social impact cause of your choice.

Remember: You can always stake more ETH/stETH/wstETH to the same cause with either the same or different percentage of yield dedicated to the cause. It will be represented as Stake #2 in your Rewards and Donations dashboard.
